Meeting Dates and Times

Our Club has one club meeting throughout the week, on Wednesday at 3:00 PM. Please check out the Event Calendar below for the exact meeting schedule. All of the activities will be done during the meeting, however members are encouraged to experiment around with the topics to reinforce the presented material. Here are some descriptions of the meetings:

  • The club will be presented with a short new topic along with any club news/announcements at the beginning.
  • After that, the club members are free to work on their projects or help others. Club officers will answer questions and help the students with problems they may encounter during the development process.
  • We have provided a separate Discord server in case members want to engage with each other outside the club’s active hours.

All of the announcements will be posted on our Discord server. We will attach the Discord and Remind invite links along with some instructions if you don’t know how to set up those two to our email reply if you filled out the club sign-up form and have been accepted.

Note: Members will receive a meeting reminder in our club Remind or via Email.

Our Club has only Five easy rules to remember. There are the following:

  • Be Honest – There is no reason to lie or exaggerate;
  • Be Respectful towards each other – No disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated;
  • Wait for your turn to speak – We need to clearly hear what each person has to say;
  • Don’t be late – no one wants to waist time, please join before the specified meeting time.
  • Turn on your cameras – It’s way more enjoyable speaking to a live crowd rather than a picture gallery.

Note: Severe violation of this rules may result in a revoked club membership.
